Good value, nice and clean, comfortable and close to Kirkwall city centre.

Clean & comfortable we had early start & given very average food to take out for breakfast - I had said I didn't eat meat but got a ham sandwich so unimpressed. Bed needs replacing. Handy to Kirkwall - easy walk & attractive view over town
