First class self catering
Return visit to Orkney and Broad Street for 1st time in 8 years for me and 1st time in 6 years for my wife, daughter and mother-in-law. Apartments still as great as before. We'll be back again. at some point.
Nice and comfortable serviced flats but...Very slow or almost no Internet Inefficient underfloor heating
We really enjoyed our recent stay at Broad Street Gardens. The apartment was very central and we were able to walk to all the sights in Kirkwall with ease. There are many lovely cafes, restaurants and shops in the town so we could go out for the evening without the car (there is great private parking too). The apartment itself was fantastic. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was cosy and warm and very clean. We overlooked the local town gardens which was a lovely peaceful view. Being close to the ferries for day trips to the outer islands was very convenient and when I return to Orkney Ill make sure I stay here again. Highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely holiday.
